Description:
The focus is on grounding, grounding and more grounding. Allowing the pelvis and rooting chakra to
strengthen into the center of the Earth's Crystalline Structure, consciously connecting to higher
frequencies coming into the planet and into our bodies.

Description:
The focus is on the energetic understanding of the chakra system located in the trunk or torso of
the human body. We will be working deeply with the spiritual energetics that lives in our spine, trunk,
abdomen, pelvis and cranium. Specifically working with the grounding points of the skeletal system
and then moving deeper into the organs and soft tissue of the pelvis, abdomen, chest, neck and head.
