This course will cover:

  • How to apply a basic sequence of Thai-Yoga Bodywork asanas and techniques, including transitions
  • How to use breath, meditation, mantra, bandha, and Yogic techniques to enhance the quality of the session
  • How to comprehend the theories of releasing the energy on a physical, emotional, and spiritual level
  • How to perform a basic 1.5-hour sequence of Thai-Yoga Body-workTechniques
