CranioStructural Unwinding applies the principles of Craniosacral Therapy (CST) to problems caused by strains and injuries. The workshop gives special attention to the sacrum ('sacred' bone) and the low back, however it includes techniques for the upper back, shoulders, neck and cranium. The workshop presents a new way of working with energy, myofascia and structure that offers a clear system for resolving many difficult problems.
