Craniosacral Therapy Foundation

Craniosacral Therapy (CST) works with both gentle physical techniques and subtle bioenergetic techniques. CST is noted for its effectiveness with a wide range of issues including pain, stress, structural imbalances, recovery from injury and resolution of trauma.

Learn to feel and evaluate the movement of energy and fluid - known as the 'cranial wave' or the 'tides' - within the craniosacral system and learn to release restrictions which interfere with these important physiological movements. Also learn CST procedures to treat many specific problem areas (examples: low back, neck & shoulders, TMJ).
