Finally, a course that addresses the what, how, when, and why of deep tissue massage!
This class will provide knowledge and training in deep massage techniques in a manner that is effective and safe for the client as well as for the therapist.

The class uses lecture, discussion, demo, and lots of hands-on practice.
By the end of the course you will be able to use deep tissue techniques to address the body from the top of the head to the soles of the feet.

NOTE: Bring your linens (suggested: 2 sheets and a small or medium sized towel) each day, as well as a small amount of lubricant.
