Course description and information:

Influenced by the rhythms of the Pacific Ocean, this form of touch engages all the senses and offers deep connectedness and relaxation to both giver and receiver. This workshop invites participants to explore the world of Essential Touch, incorporating the basic principles of a good massage: grounding & centering, moving from the core, quality of touch, and using breath to bridge the connection between giver and receiver.

In addition to the primary goals of learning to touch essence and move energy, we will practice how to move our own bodies and the body on the table. Through practicing ecstatic dance, partner yoga and chi gong, we will learn how to combine touch and movement that result in our Dancing With and On the Body.

This workshop is designed for both the novice and the experienced bodyworker.
Bring with you a willingness to move and be moved.

CE credits for bodyworkers and nurses, and with Yoga Alliance
